All our products are covered by the conformity certificate warranty and the standard legal warranty.

Conformity Guarantee

At Vigasun, it is important to us that you, the customer, receive a quality product that fully matches the description on our website. The images available give you a faithful representation of the item in question.

However, if the buyer finds that the item does not conform to the description, they have a maximum of 15 days from receipt to file a complaint. Vigasun reserves the right to refuse the request, to replace the item or part of the item or to offer a partial or full refund via bank transfer or voucher. In the case of a replacement, this will be done at the initial delivery address.

Legal warranty

The buyer has a two-year legal warranty from receipt of the goods. The customer may contact Vigasun about any lack of conformity regarding the sold goods, insofar as it can prove a manufacturing or conformity defect. Depending on the situation, Vigasun commits to the following:

• The repair of the defective article or component at no cost to the purchaser and in the shortest possible time
• The replacement of the defective item or part without any cost to the purchaser and in the shortest possible time
• A reduction in the initial selling price if the repair or replacement is impossible or unreasonable, or via a refund or voucher if it cannot be met within a reasonable time.
• The proposal of a refund if none of the other alternatives is possible. In the case of replacement or repair, this can be done at the place of first delivery or on Vigasun's site.
